1. Personal information we collect

(At sign-up, required) Your ID, password (stored encrypted; not even the operator can see it), email address, nickname, whether and when you accepted the Terms and this Policy, and confirmation that you are 14 or older

(While using the Service) Posts, comments and reviews you write, report records and restriction records

(Generated automatically) Cookies that keep you logged in and remember your language and display mode

Visit statistics are counted only with randomly generated session values; we do not identify visitors by IP address, name or email.

2. Purposes

Identifying members and keeping them logged in, running the community (showing authors, handling reports, applying restrictions), preventing abuse, and answering inquiries

3. Retention and destruction

Member information is destroyed without delay when you delete your account. Information that must be kept under applicable law is kept only for that period and then destroyed.

Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide members' personal information to third parties, except where required by law, such as requests from investigative authorities.

5. Processors and overseas transfer

We use the following services to run the Service:

· Supabase Inc. (USA): member database and login processing. Data is stored in the Republic of Korea (Seoul) region.

· Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting. Server processing takes place in the Republic of Korea (Seoul).

· Verification and notification emails are sent through Supabase.

The transferred items are the member information in section 1, transferred at sign-up and during use, and retained until account deletion or the end of the processing agreement. If you do not want an overseas transfer, you may choose not to sign up or delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your information in “My account” and delete your account at any time.

Requests to access, correct, delete or suspend processing can be sent to contact@iexlens.com and will be handled without delay.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language and display mode. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not stay logged in.

8. Security measures

We apply least-privilege access (row-level security), encryption in transit (HTTPS) and two-step verification for operator accounts. We do not store passwords.
