Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the crypto and US stock information and community services provided by IEXLENS (the “Service”), and the rights and obligations of the operator and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

A “Member” is a person who agrees to these Terms, chooses an ID, password and nickname, and completes email verification.

“Posts” means any content a Member submits to the Service, including posts, comments and reviews.

Article 3 (Effect and changes)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service.

The operator may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes in Announcements at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to Members). Members who do not agree may delete their accounts.

Article 4 (Sign-up)

Only persons aged 14 or older may sign up.

Sign-up is complete once you enter an ID, password, email and nickname, accept the required items and click the verification link in the email we send you. Members must not share their password with others.

You may not use another person's account or a nickname that impersonates staff.

Article 5 (The Service)

The Service provides information such as prices, filings and whale positions based on public exchange data, and a community for Members.

All information is for reference only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Prices and data may be delayed or inaccurate.

Article 6 (Member obligations and prohibited conduct)

Members must not:

1. Violate laws or infringe the rights of others

2. Impersonate staff or other persons

3. Manipulate markets, spread false information, or lure others to paid signal groups, investment solicitations or fraudulent products

4. Disclose others' personal information (contact details, linking wallets to real names, etc.)

5. Post abuse, hate, obscene content, spam or unauthorized advertising

6. Disrupt the Service or post in bulk using automated means

Article 7 (Rights to and management of Posts)

Copyright in Posts belongs to the Member who wrote them. Members permit the operator to use Posts to the extent necessary to display them within the Service and make them searchable.

Posts containing banned words are automatically held and may be published or deleted after review by the operator.

Posts reported by 3 or more different Members are automatically hidden and are restored or deleted after review.

The operator may hide or delete Posts that violate Article 6 without prior notice.

Article 8 (Restrictions)

The operator may warn Members who violate Article 6, restrict their posting for a period, or suspend their accounts.

Members who disagree with an action may write to contact@iexlens.com.

Article 9 (Changes and interruptions)

The operator may change the Service or suspend it temporarily for maintenance, outages or discontinued external data. Where possible, advance notice will be given in Announcements.

Article 10 (Limitation of liability)

The operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided free of charge and is not responsible for investment decisions Members make using the Service or their outcomes.

Members are responsible for the content of their own Posts.

However, the operator is liable under applicable law for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence.

Article 11 (Account deletion)

Members may delete their accounts at any time from “My account”. The account and nickname are deleted immediately; remaining Posts are shown as “Deleted member”.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
